I got the call. It’s time to be with you in a more intimate way. Face to face, heart to heart, our fields weaving together to form something new- each time we meet, another layer can speak as it finds its root in the incorruptible beauty within you.

I was told by a mentor to find a protocol for people because they want diagrams and blueprints, things to follow. They want a pathway through to a goal, a guarantee or your money back.

I laughed inside.

The image of that dog with a broom on its snout and tail that erases the trail from under Alice’s feet as she fights against the lunacy of her Wonderland adventure came to mind.

Am I selling myself yet?

Sessions with me are a little like sitting down with a Mary Poppins carpet bag. I don’t know what the medicine, spoon full of sugar or protocol is until I arrive in the space with you. The space itself fills the medicine basket. I listen, look inside, I might fumble a minute for the right thing for you- for you. Not anyone else, but you. This can include external referrals, or that I have nothing for you and we find you another route- I am not a one stop shop- thank God.

And there are tools of the trade I am well versed in. Their function is to help reorganize the heart and mind into one fluid conversation. They help tweak the eyes, fixated on problems and worries, to look a little wider than the fear toward the blessing in the perceived mess-

of your life, of the Earth, of this time.

They are little loving hands that wrap around the fingers that point at yourself and others in blame and shame of your humanity and help your hands find the mudra of loving compassion and acceptance.

I am a professional guide through the labyrinth of life- which by its nature forbids me to be too “professional”. Things can get wild, yet the container will be tight, supported, held by the many hands that love you.

I have seen the underbelly of most maladies. Initiations on my altar- yes, training by Grandmother hands- yes, master ritual maker- yes, and a certified health coach, initiated womb guardian, breath work practitioner, trauma informed, harp playing, sing songing gypsy queen.

I have supported hundreds of individuals in various healing journeys for over a decade.

I took a break. It is now taking a new shape, like everything it seems.

If there is one thing I can support you in that has most value, it is helping you contact what you have forgotten about Life. It is, in a time of so many conflicting and divisive voices, finding the one Voice that steady speaks wisdom in your heart, trust its guidance and follow it.

We make this contact through the body, befriending the mind, witnessing the emotions, allowing, listening. Nothing happens outside of, or without, the body. All healing, all transformation is experienced through the body.

We are in a transformation beloveds. If you didn’t come to ride this wave with style why the heck did you come here? Your remembrance of, and presence with, this choice you made, to be here now amidst the fires of rebirth, is what turns the tides from war back to love.- inside of you.

I will hold your hand as you make the leaps back into faith in what you hear in your heart, and the sensations it stirs in your body, so you re-attune yourself to the supreme resonance of Life.

Even a 10% shift will feel revolutionary because LOVE is always the stronger presence.

Above all I invite you into a container to STAY HUMAN WITH ME. Befriend ALL of your humanity or there is no divinity. Embrace change. Find the blessing in the mess. Let’s sit together. Cry together. Laugh at ourselves. Make Love. (oof that is so not professional- whoops)

THE BREAKDOWN

~HOLISTIC SPIRITUAL MENTORING IMMERSIONS

• I am opening space for a small handful of Holistic Spiritual Mentoring clients for a two month journey through the labyrinth of the heart. A true shift requires commitment, follow through and a container. It’s like a little 8 week ceremony for yourself. A cleanse and clearing of your fear for a reboot and reorganization of your faith.

• Prayer work, Meditation, Sound/Soul song, Mirroring, Breath work, Somatics, Ritual, Daily Practices, Plants (if needed), Dietary suggestions (if needed), Parts Work (which is always a part).

• We will meet weekly, for one hour, for two months from your start date. Ongoing enrollment.

• In between you have my full attention via email. I will respond within 24 hours

• You will receive inspirations from me along the way in various forms to keep your heart pointed in the right direction.

• You can ask me anything about my life and my journey.

• One hour session drop ins zeroing in on one area of your life with prayer, somatic practices and intuitive guidance.
